- Shift Timing: 10 am – 7 pm
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Salary: 40k+ (Depend on last withdrawn)
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the digital marketing and website development industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, development, and sales to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop detailed business cases, requirements documentation, and project plans to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and website development projects.
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to optimize digital marketing strategies, website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and clients to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and maximize outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive continuous organizational improvement and innovation.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, identifying improvement and optimization areas.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape within the digital marketing space.
- Analyze competitor strategies and performance metrics to benchmark our company’s performance and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for new digital marketing initiatives or enhancements to existing ones.
- Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development and implementation process.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive informed decision-making.
